We are actively hiring a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) for a high-paying Home Health opportunity serving patients throughout the Baltimore metro area.

Position Details:
- Setting: Home Health
- Coverage Area: Baltimore, Dundalk, Rosedale, Owings Mills, and surrounding Maryland communities
Patient Population:
Adult and geriatric patients with:
- Dysphagia.
- Aphasia.
- Cognitive-communication disorders.
- Motor speech disorders.
- Voice and language impairments.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday.
- Flexible PRN and contract options available.
- Full-time opportunities available for qualified candidates.
Documentation System: WebPT.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in the home setting.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy goals and home programs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
Qualifications:
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
- Active Maryland SLP License (Required).
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
- Home Health or SNF experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation for patient visits.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Compensation & Benefits:
PRN / Contract:
- $55–$70/hr.
