We are actively hiring a licensed Physical Therapist for a high-paying Home Health opportunity serving patients throughout the Baltimore area.

This position is ideal for a PT seeking flexibility, manageable patient volume, and strong clinical support — without unrealistic productivity expectations.

Position Details:

Setting: Home Health
Coverage Area: Baltimore, Dundalk, Rosedale, Owings Mills, and surrounding Maryland communities

Schedule:

Monday–Friday.
Flexible scheduling options available.
PRN, contract, and permanent placement opportunities.

Documentation System: WebPT

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients in their homes.
Develop individualized care plans.
Improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams.
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications:

Active Maryland Physical Therapist License (Required).
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred.
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
Home Health experience is a plus.
Active BLS certification.
Reliable transportation for patient visits.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation & Benefits:

PRN / Contract:

$68–$72/hr.
